Return, Replace & Refund Policy

We pledge to offer you 100% satisfaction on all Appease Essential Oils.  If for any reasons, you wish to return a recently purchased item, simply send back the item to us for an exchange, even if you have already used a portion of the essential oil, subject to below terms and conditions.

Lead Time to Return
Any essential oil purchased through Appease’s Official Site, within 14 calendar days after received date, can be returned to us for an exchange of another essential oil of similar or lower value, provided that the returned item contains not less then 80% of its original content.

For un-open item in its original packaging condition, you may return it back to us within 14 calendar days after received date for a refund. Refund will be made back to your earlier payment method less standard shipping fee of RM6.00.

Damaged/ leak items
In the event that upon receiving your ordered goods, it has been damaged, leakage etc, rendering the items not safe for usage, you must immediately notified us via email within 3 calendar days and provide us with photographic evidences. Kindly drop us an email to support@appease-essential.com, with your order number. Upon validation, We will replace & resend your order.

Returning to us
We recommend that you sent the return item (except damaged items) back to us using courier service . Upon received of your return items, only can we process your request for an exchange or refund.  Return shipping charges will be borne by you.

Good Faith
All requests for return, replace and refund are based on good faith and sole discretion of Appease Essential management.  Item that has been earlier replaced, cannot seek for replacement or return.
